Following the government's guidance we have limited the amount of people using our facilities to ensure they are safe.

Please see the information below for how to book in advance to visit the gym, take part in a group exercise class or book a court or 3G football pitch.

how you can help

Follow government guidance 

Keep your distance and observe any queuing intructions * Contactless or online payments - no cash * Wash your hands before and after your visit * Bring a personal gym towel and exercise mat if possible * Use hand sanitiser provided * Bring pre-filled water bottles - no water fountains *  Clean down machines and equipment before and after use * Arrive changed & ready for your visit - no showers or changing rooms * Bring/buy your own padlock for the lockers - no bags in the gym.

Please be aware that the changing rooms and showers are closed.

Track and trace

The lead booker will be responsible for recording the names and addresses of all additional players in line with the government's track and trace policy.

Fair use

During this time of restricted class sizes and reduced programme we ask that you would help support fair usage for everyone by following these points:

Please only book one class per day in advance.
Please cancel your booked class as soon as possible if you can’t attend to allow someone else to participate.

gym

The gym is now available in set sessions of 60 minutes throughout the day with a close for cleaning after each session.

  • There are a maximum of 40 places available in each session.
  • The gym layout has been modified to increase the space between pieces of equipment.
  • PLEASE BRING A PADLOCK for your locker (also available to purchase from reception).
    Coin return lockers are not currently available.
  • Bags are not allowed in the gym.
  • Additional cleaning points with sanitizer and paper towel.
  • No changing rooms or showers so please come ready for action!
  • No drinking fountain please bring your bottle.

fitness classes

The fitness class programme has reduced numbers of participants and increased spacing in the studios

  • Start and end times are staggered to minimise the number of people in the buildling.
  • Studios will be cleaned after every class.
  • In order to give everyone an opportunity to attend a class please only  book one class per day in advance and please cancel in good time if your circumstances change and you can't attend.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR GYM SESSION or fitness class

If you have a key card you can register to online bookings - this will save having to enter details each time a booking is made and if you are entitled to a discount or are an annual/monthly member will return the correct price for your membership type.

If you do not have a key card you can still book but will be prompted to enter your contact details - or simply ask for your FREE key card next time you visit the centre.

Use the instructions for gym and classes to book online, but select "activities"in the drop down menu rather than "classes".

3G Football information

The pitches are available for the normal 7 a-side play, there is hand sanitizer and sanitizer for the ball available. Lead bookers for all sports are required to keep a list of players contact details in line with government track and trace policy. Please be aware that the changing rooms and showers will not be available.
