Junior Gym Sessions

Supervised gym sessions for teens aged 12 to 15 at Withdean Sports Complex

Teenagers aged 12 - 15 years can come and train at our gyms in our supervised sessions. Our fitness coaches will help you get set up with a training program that will help you make the most of every visit.

These sessions are an ideal way to keep fit and active in a friendly and sociable environment.

  • Weekday sessions:
  • 4.15 - 5.00pm (12-13 year olds)
  • 3:30 - 5:00pm (14-15 year olds)
  • Weekend sessions:
  • 2:00 - 3:00pm (12-13 year olds)
  • 12:00 - 4:00pm (14-15 year olds)

12-13 year olds are required to book their place on our junior gym sessions. 14-15 year olds are not required to book, they can just turn up. 

All sessions are available as pay per visit or monthly membership. Sessions are extended during school holidays. Please be sure to arrive on time if taking part in a junior gym class.

It's important that my children learn correct technique in the gym so they don't injure themselves. That's why I think the junior gym sessions at Withdean are so great.
