due to popular demand the withdean strength club has returned
7 week strength courses for all levels with Andy Miles.
What's included in the course...
Mobility training: Improve the ability of your joints to move through their range of motion.
Technique training: You will learn the correct technique and form, so you can get the maximum benefit from each exercise
Tracked workouts: Each weight that you lift will be tracked so you can see the progress you have made from week to week.
Increased confidence: Feel better in your training and what you do in the gym.
Structured workouts: Each session will include mobility and activation drills, a main lift such as a squat, overhead press, deadlift or bench press and accessory exercises that will help with the main lift as well as strengthening the whole body.
The one off cost for all of the above is just £35.
