Equal but not the same - Seminar for women looking to train harder

We are running a 4 hour seminar for women looking to get the most out of their training.

This four hour seminar will include the following:

  • How to train and eat around your menstrual cycle
  • Programming considerations for a female
  • Breakdown of exercises focusing on the posterior chain/glutes
  • Exercise mechanics, regression and progression and coaching tips to maximise results

Starting with a gruelling 90 minute lower body posterior chain workout and finishing on an equally intense pull, push session. The workout sessions will get you to strength train harder than you ever have before, teaching and showing you how you should feel for maximum results.

£60 members £75 non members
