We are running a 4 hour seminar for women looking to get the most out of their training.
This four hour seminar will include the following:
Starting with a gruelling 90 minute lower body posterior chain workout and finishing on an equally intense pull, push session. The workout sessions will get you to strength train harder than you ever have before, teaching and showing you how you should feel for maximum results.
