There's a class to suit everyone at William Parker.
Blast FX is a dynamic body conditioning class using body weight only exercises focussing on core, balance and power. By working hard during each track and reducing the rest period between exercise, the work out moves you in to the higher realms of aerobic training. Classes are every Friday 6-7pm
Groove FX provides easy to follow low impact aerobic choreography to hip hop, latin and disco inspired routines. Classes are every Tuesday 5.30-6.15pm.
Classes commence week beginning Monday 13th February.
All classes are free to members and just £5.50 for non members.
