On Mondays we have a new indoor cycle class with Sarah 5.30pm to 6.15pm starting 3rd June. This is in addition to the class Sarah already teaches on Mondays.
Plus we have yoga with Anadil starting on Wednesday 5th June, 11.45am to 12.45pm
Work on flexibility, breathing, relaxation and being present.
And on Sundays we have body balance with Kirsty launching on 9th June. 10.30am to 11.30am.
The perfect combination of body jam followed by balance every Sunday.
Premier members can book this class upto 8 days in advance.
