11-13 year old fitness sessions

Sessions running throughout February half term for kids aged 11-13 years. Great for those want to use the gym but just not old enough yet

11-13 year old gym sessions this february half term!

Does your child want to use the gym but not old enough yet? The fitness team will be running junior fitness sessions for 11 to 13 year olds this february! Each session will include circuit and gym based training and are just £5 per session/child. 

It will run on the follwing dates and times

Tuesday 19th February: 10.30am to 11.30am

Thursday 21st February: 10.30am to 11.30am

Each session is limited to 10 places.
