Swimming is one of the best exercise’s that can be done while pregnant. For all trimesters of pregnancy , swimming is safe and provides a low impact exercise with excellent cardiovascular benefits, with a low risk of injury.
Swimming can also help with sleep, relaxing muscles and helping to burn excess pregnancy calories.

Our instructor Emma, will give you the confidence to gently exercise during your pregnancy, show you how to relax in the water. It is also a chance for you to meet other mother’s to be. The session is for 45minutes and costs £45.86 per 6 week block.
We do require you to complete a PAR-Q form before commencing the session, which is reviewed by Emma. The disclosed information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
