New studio timetable launches 5 November

As part of the £1.1 million refurbishment our new additional studio is now open and we have a huge range of classes to choose from to suit everyone.

November 2 2018

Our brand new Group Exercise timetable starts on the 5th November. The new classes will be taking place in both Studios complementing our current programmed classes.

Wellbeing classes taking place in our new built Studio 2, which is fully fitted with full length mirrors and air conditioning. Studio 2 will also have new studio equipment and a new music system.

These new classes are as follows:

  • Beginners Pilates on Mondays at 10am
  • Pilates on Tuesdays have been moved to 5pm and 6pm.
  • Intermediate/ Advance Pilates on Wednesdays at 10am
  • Beginners Yoga on Thursdays at 9.30am
  • Intermediate/ Advance Yoga on Thursdays at 10.30am

In studio 1 a brand new music system with new speakers has been installed. The new classes are as follows:

  • Gentle Aerobics on Mondays 11.30am
  • Dance Fitness on Tuesdays at 10.30am
  • Freedom Step classes on Wednesdays at 9.30am and 5.30pm
  • HIIT training on Thursday Nights at 7pm
  • Zumba on Thursday Nights at 8pm
  • Gentle Aerobics on Fridays at 11.30am
