Trampolining is a convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health, indeed a 10 minute bounce equates to a half an hour run! You can expect a fun session that's low impact on the body but blasts fat, builds strong bones and improves balance. Our coach will take you through the basic moves from tuck jumps to swivel hips, building confidence and ability.
Sessions are aimed at children aged 5-16 years and run every Monday evening (commencing Monday 11th October).
