A fitness twist on the playground game
Our Skip Fit class is coming soon to Summerfields. A high intensity workout using variations of skipping as the focus to burn up to 500 calories a session.
Don't be fooled, this is not the school playground. This class will give your body a brilliant cardio blast. Your heart and lungs will thank you, your thighs and butt have nowhere to hide and arms tone with each turn of the rope. Plus you help to ensure your bones stay strong due to the continuous weight baring element.
Don't be scared though, this class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels as it can be adapted for you.
Every Friday 10.30-11.30am
