Tai Chi is a non competitive martial art equally recognised for its self defence techniques and health benefits. It combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness.
It was developed as a martial art in 13th Century China, and now practised around the world.
Our new instructor Keith has years of teaching experience in Tai Chi and is bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to Summerfields.
We are now taking bookings for our first class on Tuesday 2nd July 11.30am-12.30pm.
Open to both members and non members.
