Learn the fundamentals of boxing at an entry level in a non competitive environment. These sessions are non contact with an emphasis on self defence.
Boxing is a great full-body workout that can help to improve heart and lung function, increase energy levels and is a social sport, with a great feeling of community. Come along and join us every Thursday 5-6pm. These sessions are for girls aged 13-17 years.
