NEW Class Timetable at Stanley Deason
We are delighted to announce that on Monday 12th March our NEW Class Timetable.
We will have new exciting classes which should appeal to everyone...
The new classes include:
Yogalates with Karen Crumpton 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Mind and Body workout, working on core strength and stretching with easy to follow movements. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels
Body Blitz with Lesley Boys 6.30pm- 7.30pm
Aerobics and resistance training to target all over the body. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels.
Step Conditioning with Eleanor Bridge 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Using a step incorporating aerobics and some resistance work. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels.
Zumba with Sarita 7.30pm - 8.30pm Existing class
Easy to follow dance class to great music, come and dance away and burn calories at the same. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels.
Total Body Conditioning with Emma Richardson 6.00pm-7.00pm
Half a class of cardio work and half concentrating on toning the body. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels.
Indoor Cycling with Thev 9.30am Existing class
From beginner to advanced exercisers, this high paced cardio workout is suitable for everyone and all fitness levels.
