Community Holiday Activities

freedom leisure develop a range of activities in the City across the school holidays for children and young people. The Sport Art & Play team put on a free multi-sport programme across the February, Easter and Summer holidays which provides free sports sessions to local children, families and groups. The Freedom Leisure centres in Worcester also host a range of activities and camps. To find out more, please visit theirFacebook pages and areas of the website. The aim of the multi-sports programme is to provide children, families and groups with the opportunity to get involved in sports and activities on their doorstep. Sessions usually take place across 14 community venues, where families just need to turn up, sign in and take part.

Free February Half Term Multi Sport Activities 

This February half term Freedom Leisure have set up a one week programme of completely free sporting activities across 11 different venues in Worcester city, to help young people and families stay active and have some fun!

The activities will include cricket, tennis, football, badminton, volleyball, rugby, athletics, frisbee, parachute games and much more! The sessions run from Monday 20February to Friday 24 February and will cater for 2 to 18 year olds.

Families, grandparents and play schemes are more than welcome to attend. No booking required - all you will need to do is turn up, sign in and take part!

Lead sports coaches at the sessions are DBS checked and hold all the relevant qualifications and experience. All children aged 8 or below need to be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times. All children under the age of 16 participating must provide emergency contact details of a parent or responsible adult.
