Climbing is a fantastic way to get fit and build strength offering a full-body workout and is great for improving muscle-tone as well as sharpening your brain. It is also a great way to socialise, make friends and meet new people. Indoor climbing is a rapidly growing sport and has recently being added to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games, getting into the sport has never been easier and we can help you every step of the way.
Our taster sessions will give you the opportunity to see if climbing is for you, these can be run as one to one sessions or can cater for small groups or families. Our qualified instructors will keep you safe and can tailor the session to meet your individual needs.
Our climbing courses cover everything you need to know to start climbing such as how to fit and use climbing equipment, tying onto a rope, safe belaying, warm up exercises and basic climbing techniques. Upon successful completion of the course we will offer you the opportunity to register as a competent climber, this will also allow you the ability to sign in and supervise up to two novice climbers.
