As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a variety of fitness classes. Please visit our timetable for times.
No, you do not need to be a member to use the facilities. However we have a variety of membership options to choose from.
Adults can use the facilties without orientation but we would recommend that you book an orientation if your a beginner or need a refresher.
Juniors will need to have an orientation prior to using the facilities.
