We have a great selection of pop up classes on offer!

new pop up classes at Sandwich!

To give our members more opportunities to try group exercise we will be offering a pop up gym based class timetable once a month from July!

These classes are for members only and will be limited to just 3-4 members per class to give members a personal service.
