New TRX class!

Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility & core stability. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer which leverages gravity and the users body weight.

Please ask at reception to book these classes.


Calisthenics Bootcamp!

New 8 week course running with Jenna from 2nd April at 9am

Calisthenics combines strength training & basic gymnastic movements to help you master your own bodyweight using minimal equipment. 

Progression & adaptions for beginners through to advanced training.

There is an additional cost for this calisthenics bootcamp, £52 for members & £56 non-members
