With child obesity levels soaring I'm so pleased that my son has discovered the gym. It's so important to educate our children about a healthy lifestyle so these habits stick into adulthood.

gym sessions for 12-15 years

Junior gym provides children from 12-15 years opportunity to have time in the gym to use cardio machines and body weight exercises under the supervision of a qualified gym instructor. This time is available to encourage our youngsters away from a screen and learn about the importance of exercise and keeping fit.

There is on hand advice from the instructors on safe working out with technique and progression guidance. The sessions will support our young people in using exercise to help their physical and mental well-being.

You can just turn up to sessions which will be available at the following times.

Monday & Tuesday 3.30-5.00pm

Wednesday 1.30-5.00pm

Thursday & Friday 3.30-5.00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9.00-5.00pm

Parents/Guardians are required to accompany their child for their first session to fill in paperwork
