Basketball has gathered some momentum over the last few years or so and is steadily rising in both participation and spectator numbers. It has many health benefits both physically and mentally including helping to build muscle and endurance while improving concentration and self dicipline.
We offer a junior basketball club welcoming beginners to more experienced players led by our highly experienced and enthusiastic coach.
Learn the principles of offence and defence as well as how to lay up, shooting form, footwork, spacing, ball handling and much more.
Join us every Saturday 15:30-17:00. Sessions cost just £5 and are suitable for ages 8+ years.
