Playing tennis will not only improve your fitness and tone your body, it helps your fine motor control, general co-ordination and allows you to meet new people.
We are pleased to be offering 'back to tennis' sessions every Wednesday 5.00-6.00pm suitable for anyone over 16 years. All levels of ability are welcome and all equipment is provided. Sessions are led by our qualified tennis coach with a wealth of experience who will be on hand to offer advice and support to improve your game play.
To get involved sessions must be booked at reception, £5 per session or book a course of 4 for just £15.
