Align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body
Our instructor will take you on your personal yoga journey over 6 weeks with a progressive advanced yoga class. We will be working on a variety of poses, focusing on technique and what is right for you as an individual. Some previous experiece is necessary as this aims to build on existing practice. Over the 6 weeks you will notice the improvements in your mobility, flexibility, strength and inner awarenes. .
This 6 week course is free to premier members or £33 non members* Spaces are limited for a more personal experience so booking is essential.
