Water therapy is an effective total body water workout that you can perform to your own intensity which is fun and really works.
By using the resistance that water naturally creates you are able to work out safely with minimal impact to joints and the back. Classes are great for all, but especially good for senior adults, beginners and those desiring a lower impact workout.
Classes every Tuesday 2.30-3.00pm & Wednesday 1.45-2.15pm
