Whether you are pregnant or have recently given birth, pre and post natal exercise exercise can be beneficial
The more active and fit you are during pregnancy the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth.
Our new studio class is aimed specifically at pregnant women and women who have recently given birth (subject to their post doctor check up). It is a low impact class using body weight and pilates style exercises to help the body prepare for and recover from pregnancy.
Childcare is not required as babies in prams/car seats are welcome to accompany their mums to the class.
