PiYo Thursday 6.00-7.00pm blends the muscle - sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Aquafit Thursday 7.15-8.00pm Aquafit is a water based aerobics class that gives you an all over body workout. Because your body is supported in the water there is less liklihood of injury and the water acts as a resistance to help you tone your muscles. The good news is you can expect to burn over 300 calories and by raising your heart rate significantly you get a great aerobic workout.
