We have two great classes with Amy to start your week off with a bang!
Boxfit - A great non contact workout guaranteed to torch calories, strengthen and tone your entire upper body and also relieve stress! Learn how to punch using combinations used by real fighters in a fun, relaxed environment. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Workout Pilates - We have upped the tempo slightly to give you all the muscle balancing benefits of pilates but at a faster pace to ensure you feel like you have had a great work out too. This class is great for improving posture, flexibility, strengthening and toning your core muscles (abdominals, lower back and glutes) and also injury prevention and rehabilitation.
