This session is a relaxed, gentle and inclusive adult only session in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Swimming benefits include reducing anxiety, improving mood and enhancing psychological wellbeing.
Suitable for anyone living with age related memory loss and those looking to enjoy low impact exercise to help improve stability, balance, flexibility and mood. Our pool is fully accessible and the session will be assisted by a swimming teacher to provide guidance and a supportive, friendly face.
