The workout that makes a splash
Float fit is a water based exercise class using your bodyweight to perform exercises on oversized floats. The beauty of floatfit is that it's low impact, causing minimal stress on joints compared to exercising on land.
Each 30 minute class helps with posture, balance and co-ordination as well as improving muscular strength and endurance.
We are running 6 week courses commencing Wednesday 10th July-14th August 7.15-7.45pm & 7.50-8.20pm
Members £24.00 (Premier & Annual) and non members £45.00
