Each month we showcase a new class for you to try. This month it's Tuesday morning Vinyasa Yoga 10.00am.
A dynamic flowing class for conditioning, toning and focus. It emphasises the connection of movement with breath. Classes include fast flowing inspiring sequences, breathing and guided relaxation. Suitable for all abilities.
