At Rye Sports Centre we offer a varied programme of over 12 classes a week including Tai Chi, Indoor Cycling and Step. Ranging in time, they are perfect for those with busy schedules to pop-in and enjoy a class when it suits them. Best of all, classes are free to those with memberships or available on pay-as-you-go basis too. 

Class types

Cardio

Our cardio classes are designed to get your heart rate up while maintaining a higher level of intensity. Classes include, Indoor Cycling & LBT.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning classes will raise heart rate and and work on strengthening and elongating the muscles. Classes include Total Body Conditioning & P90X

Mind & Body

These classes work on building the connection between your mind and body. Although lower impact these are by no means easy. Classes include Yoga & Tai Chi

Possibly the best thing about group exercise is the very fact it is led by a professional. Unlike going solo in the gym or at home, attending a class is the next best thing to having a personal trainer, making it a really affordable way to spend time with someone who can help you achieve your fitness and better body goals.

Not only that, it’s a lot of fun, with an added social element to keep you motivated to return week after week and remain active for longer.
