Y.E.P Gym for 12- 16 Year Olds

Are you interested in fitness, healthy lifestyle, making friends, socialising, gaining confidence or increasing your knowdlege in the gym???

If Yes, then this could be for you.  Our Junior gym is aimed at 12-16 year olds to get that head start in the gym with an experienced gym instructor there to improve your confidence and improve your knowledge in the gym.

We run an instructed Junior Gym session  for High School kids aged 12 - 16 years old Every Tuesday 5 - 6pm During Term time.
