Twice weekly instructed sessions for 11-15 yrs old

Junior Gym at Queensway

Junior Fitness Gym – Specifically developed to provide a unique activity for young people, not only to promote a fitter and healthier lifestyle, but also encouraging long term active participation into later life. Limited to 10 places on a first come first served basis.

Supervised Junior Gym Sessions are available:

Tuesdays 4.00 – 5.00pm & Thursdays 4.00 – 5.00pm.

Age range: 11 – 15 years.
