Easing of restrictions and what this means to you…

Group exercise classes –

Group Exercise Class capacities will be increasing from 19 July as Government restrictions on social distancing are removed. This will allow us to offer more places on our popular classes during peak times. We know from customer feedback that this will be well received news!

We will still follow government guidelines and our top priorities will always be our customers and team.

Gym

From 19 July say hello to more equipment available to use as Government restrictions on social distancing are removed. This change will give you more access to the equipment you need to hep help you achieve your goals.

Pool

From 19 July Government restrictions on social distancing are removed. This means we can safely increase our public pool program, open some features which have had to remain closed and increase capacities. This will offer you, our loyal customers, more value for money, more options for family activities and more flexibility around times. Bookings for family swimming will be removed. Swimming lessons

From 19th July government restrictions on social distancing are removed, this means swim school can now return to entering the premises through the front entrance. The changing rooms will be available pre and post swim, with all showers and lockers continuing to be available. We ask all parents to be respectful of each other and we encourage the use of face masks in the swimming lessons drop off and collection points.

Face coverings

Face coverings will be optional for customers. In enclosed areas, wearing a face covering is advised. Our staff will wear a face covering when administering any first aid treatment. Staff may wear a face covering if they feel appropriate to do so, such as speaking directly to customers or if walking through high footfall areas.

Hygiene

We will continue with our enhanced cleaning regimes and will continue to offer hand sanitisers in key locations. Signage will remain in place encouraging customers to wash hands on a regular basis.

Spectator and café areas

Spectators are welcome and there are no restrictions in the café or spectator areas.
