This Summer your children can enjoy junior fitness classes for just £1 or free with our junior fitness memberships and sport specific camps for just £4! We also have a number of fun activities lined up for them.

Our football camp will run every Monday through the Summer from 11am to 3pm.
Our camp is perfect for 5-12 year olds who want to follow in the footsteps of their football heroes.
Did you know we offer a City Wide junior membership from the age of 11-17years for just £20 a month?
This gives access to all fitness facilities at all of our Freedom Leisure Swansea sites as well as swimming at Penlan, Penyrheol and Morriston.
Every Wednesday, 5-7 years old at 12:30pm and 8-12 years old at 2pm.
Gymnastics is perfect for children to develop strength, coordination, and flexibility as well as decision making skills, quick movement but above all to have fun and make friends.
We are bringing you cheerleading sessions to Penlan for the first time, perfect for 5-12year olds these sessions will be every Thursday through the holidays.
Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge every Thursday through the Summer Holidays. Suitable for 11-17years. Included in our Junior memberships.
Join us on Mondays at 4:30pm and Wednesdays at 5pm for a dance fitness class suitable for ages 11 and older. This class is just £1 or free with our junior memberships.
Us Girls is back every Tuesday through the Holidays- a multi sport experience for 8-14 year olds from Zumba to Swimming, dodgeball to weight lifting.
US Girls will get girls active, having fun and feeling empowered.
Every Tuesday and Friday join us for our bounce and play sessions with balance bikes, perfect for our youngest visitors from 18 months old to 8years.
Balance bikes are great for toddlers as it will help develop their coordination and motor skills. Balance bikes also promotes independence and the freedom to explore.
Join us every Wednesday for our basketball camp for 8-16year olds. Basketball improves flexibility and endurance as well as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Playing basketball also improves a child's ability to communicate and solve basic logic problems as well as having lot's of fun.
Our learn to swim programme runs through the holidays so now is the perfect time to enroll your child and get them pool ready.
Join us at 4pm on Tuesdays for Girls TeenFit and on Thursdays at 1:30pm for TeenFit.
It's time to put your phones down and get active with our TeenFit session every Thursday through the holidays for 11-17 year olds. Just £1 or included in our junior memberships.
