Teenagers can come and train at the gym in our supervised sessions. Our fitness coaches will help you get set up with a training program to suit your needs and ensure you get the most from every visit.
These sessions are the ideal way to keep fit and active in a friendly and social environment.
Sessions run Monday to Thursday 3.30 to 5.00 and weekends 11.00 to 2.00
11.00 to 2.00 all through the Summer Holidays
All sessions are availble as pay per visit or on a monthly membership.
