Weigh In & Work Out! Our brand new weight-loss scheme designed to keep you active & healthy 52 weeks of the year.

Weigh In & Work Out at Malvern Splash Leisure Complex a brand new Weight-Loss Scheme added in to Malvern Splash Fitness.

Weigh In & Work Out our brand new weight-loss scheme to keep you active & healthy 52 weeks of the year. 

  1. Weight recorded on a tracker card
  2. Fitness Motivators on-hand to take you through a "workout of the week"
  3. 1st time users - small group session to familiarise with the gym

£5 per week for non Gym Members and FREE to Gym Members

Weigh In & Work Out is designed to support you in a s sustainable, long term approach in managing your weight while keeping you active & healthy over 52 weeks of the year. You can join this scheme at any point to suit you. Once you've decided to get started we will book you in to meet a Fitness Motivator for your goal setting session and Gym Orientation. This is NOT a Bootcamp, this is a scheme to get you started and keep you on track to achieving your goals at an intensity that suits you. Don't worry, this isn't about working hard it's about working SMART!

Sessions will run all day on a Wednesday. Fitness Motivator sessions will run between 10:00-11:00 & 18:00-21:00.
