Crash course Swimming Lessons

Get a head start this Summer with these week long intensive swim lessons. To increase water confidence and swim ability.

Dates: EVERY WEEK

Time: 9am & 9:30am classes.

Ability: Wave 1-4

Age: 4+

Cost: £25/week - Limited spaces - book early.


Rookie Lifeguard Day

Learn the skills it takes to be a lifeguard! This day is a great way to introduce yourself to the rookie lifeguard programme. Gain the skills, knowledge and confidence that is needed in pools and the sea this holidays.

Dates: TBC

Time: 10-3pm

Ability: Swim Wales Wave 7+

Age: 8+

Cost: £18/day - Limited spaces - book early.


Aqua Run 

Come along and have a go on our dual lane
15 metre long aqua run!

Dates: Every Tuesday & Friday
Time: 14:30-15:30
Price: £2.50 per session/ £4 per hour
Age: Suitable for any age. Children must be able to swim 25m comfortably (however under 8 must be
supervised and must be of a capable swimming ability)


Family Swim

Dates: Please refer to pool timetable
Age: Suitable for families with young children. .

These sessions are perfect for introducing your child to the water, also to improve confidence and swim ability through play


One to One swimming lessons

Dates: Get a head start with 1-2-1 swimming lessons. Available for begginers wanting to gain confidence, right through to improvers wishing to improve their strokes.

Price: £20.80 per lesson (Contact reception for availability. Limited spaces) £26 for 2:1 sessions.

Age: Suitable for any age.

Wet 'n wild fun sessions

Floats, rafts and swim toys galore! Fun and excitement is
guaranteed in these wet ‘n wild fun sessions.
These sessions are HALF PRICE!!!


Dates:
Every Thursday at 14:30-15:30
Age Guide: All Welcome
Price: Adults £2.55 / Junior £1.85


free swimming for under 17s

 

Dates: Wedneday 2:30-3:30pm & Saturday 12:30-1:30pm

 

Active kids are happy kids! Free swimming is available
at Maldwyn Leisure Centre to all under 17s.

Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a
responsible adult (18 years or over) on a 1 to 1 basis.
Children aged between 4 and 7 must be supervised by
an adult on a maximum 2 to 1 basis. The adults
supervising must accompany the children in the water.
