Junior must continue to book their sessions throughout the day and check in with reception on arrival.

Customers will be able to visit the gym without pre-booking during our quieter times. Please see the updated times starting from Monday 28th September

8:10 - 9:10am

9:15 - 10:15am

Members can book online or by phone up to 10 days ahead, non-members 3 days ahead. All sessions must be pre-booked unless specified as an open session.

We have removed the hour booking system during these times as they are our quieter sessions and to try making the gym more accessible for all and keeping the booking system in place for our peak times.

Restrictions remain in place and there will be a maximum number of people in the gym at any one time, gym staff will be responsible and do regular counts to ensure these restrictions are not broken. If at any time we do reach maximum capacity we will operate a one out, one in system.

Cleaning procedures will remain in place and at busy times be increased to meet demand and we require all members to be equally responsible for cleaning the equipment after use. Social distancing guidelines also remain in place so please be aware of other users and staff whilst in the centre.

ALL users will be required to check in on arrival at reception during these times so we can register your details for NHS Track and Trace purposes.
