New Exercise Classes starting soon!
Exciting news!
We are adding two new classes to our timetable!
At Littlehampton Wave we believe that our fitness classes offers our members and (non-members) both physical and mental wellbeing as well a great place to meet new people.
Beginners Spin Class
Spin is a group indoor cycling class focusing on cardio, speed, and endurance. This class will be perfect for someone who wants to improve their fitness and focus on technique.
- Starting on the 2nd of May
- 6:15 – 7pm
Beginners Yoga Class
This class is the perfect way to learn Yoga techniques and breath work. Yoga is a great form of exercise for people of all ages and physical abilities and increases strength and flexibility and reduces stress. Beginner yoga poses include child's pose, easy seat, tree pose, and down dog.
