New Exercise Classes starting this March!

Exciting news!

We are adding three new classes to our timetable!

At Littlehampton Wave we believe that our fitness classes offers our members and (non-members) both physical and mental wellbeing as well a great place to meet new people.

From March we are increasing our offering and adding three new classes to our timetable including a brand new Les Mills discipline- Les Mills Core

 

What is Les Mills Core?

Les Mills is a class that focuses on strength, stability and endurance in your core muscles. As well as helping to improve your balance and assist injury prevention.

 

Tuesday, starting 5th March 2024, 11:30-12:30pm – Pilates

Thursday, starting 7th March 2024, 8:30 – 9:30am – Pilates

Saturday, starting 9th March 2024, 11 – 11:30am – Les Mils Core

Sunday, returning 10th March 2024, 8:10-8:55am - Body Pump
