We are offering spaces for body conditioning to all members and non-members on the 22nd of October, completely free of charge!
What is body conditioning?
Body conditioning is a fitness class which will combine the use of cardio, resistance and body weight exercises to tone your muscles.
When is the class?
The class will start at 10am and will be 45 minutes long.
How do I book on?
Current members can book online, over the phone or through reception. Non-members will need to contact reception in advance. We recommend booking on beforehand to avoid disappointment on the day.
