Teenagers can come and train at the gym in our supervised sessions. Our fitness coaches will help you get set up with a training program to suit your needs to ensure you make the most of every visit.

These sessions are the ideal way to keep fit and active in a friendly and social environment.

Sessions run weekdays 3.30-5.30 and weekends 11.00-2.00

 All sessions are available as pay per visit or monthly membership.
