HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, combines two effective fat-burning methods, interval training and high-intensity training, for a highly effective and popular cardio workout!
HIIT alternates periods of high intensity exercise with periods of low intensity activity or complete rest. But don't expect it to be easy—when performed correctly, HIIT can provide a seriously sweaty strength workout so why not give it a try today?!
Our HIIT sessions run:
Tuesdays 6-7pm, Fridays 9-10am, Saturdays 11-12 midday
