If you desire an intimate and cosy environment at which to take your wedding vows look no further than Izaak Walton’s Cottage. Once the retreat of the world famous 17th century author and angler the cottage’s idyllic rural location makes a perfect setting at which to relax and enjoy the occasion.

The picturesque backdrop also provides the perfect opportunity to capture memorable photographs that you will cherish forever.

Drinks

Drinks can be served in the cottage immediately after the ceremony. However because the cottage does not have a license for alcohol, you must provide your own alcoholic beverages. Glasses can be provided.

Catering

The cottage is unable to provide catering.   It is also not possible to hold a reception within the cottage itself because of its size. However receptions for up to fifty people may be held in the grounds.
