4 week pre-natal Pilates course
There is strong evidence to suggest that safe and well managed exercise in the pre & post natal period is highly beneficial to both mother and baby.
Exercising while pregnant can help you manage your weight gain efficiently and boost energy levels. It can make labour and delivery easier and has shown to help lower the gestational diabetes risk by as much as 27%.
The course focuses on exercises for abdominals, back and pelvic floor muscles as all are integral to childbirth with an emphasis on mobility rather than flexibility.
Enrol onto our 4 week course every Sunday 8.45-9.30am commencing from September 2nd, £40 per course.
