pole fitness classes offer a fantastic way to work out.
Pole fitness is a fun way to work out, burn calories and tone up. From beginners through to advanced you will learn static poses, spins, transitions and inverts as well as strength training, body conditioning and split stretching.
The classes are not intended to train you professionally. They are there to welcome women of all ages and sizes in a full body workout with a difference.
We run classes in 4 week blocks at a cost of £30 per block.
Block 1: Jan 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Block 2: Feb 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Block 3: Mar 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Block 4: Apr 2nd, 23rd, 30th (No 16th Easter hols)
Block 5: May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
Block 6: Jun 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
