pole fitness classes offer a fantastic way to work out.
Pole fitness is a fun way to work out, burn calories and tone up. From beginners through to advanced you will learn static poses, spins, transitions and inverts as well as strength training, body conditioning and split stretching.
The classes are not intended to train you professionally. They are there to welcome women of all ages and sizes in a full body workout with a difference.
We run classes in 4 week blocks at a cost of £30 per block.
Block 1: Sept 11th, 18th, 25th, Oct 2nd
Block 2: Oct 9th, 16th, (23rd break for half term), 30th, Nov 6th
Block 3: Nov 13th, 20th, 27th Dec 4th
Block 4: Dec 11th, 18th (2 weeks due to Christmas & New Year £15)
Block 5: Jan 18th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
