Fight Klub totally shredded is a fast paced and fresh class coming to Helenswood. A potent mix of cardio, plyometric and tabata make this high intensity interval training (HIIT) a completely different style of fitness class.
Although suitable for all fitness levels and ability, expect to feel like you have worked hard as your body goes in to full fat burning mode.
Classes start on Monday 6th March 5.45-6.30pm.
