Zumba is coming home....

Helenswood are updating their studio timetable with extra classes and an old favourite is making a return!

Zumba (new class) - Monday 7.30-8.15pm

Helenswood were one of the first to introduce Zumba to the local area and after a break, it's coming back with avengence!

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." Often named the exercise class in disguise, the routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Pilates (added class) - Monday 8.15-9.00pm

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

PIYO (added class) - Tuesday 6.30-7.15am

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
