Add some strength training to your program
A regular strength training program helps you reduce body fat and burn calories more efficiently, which can result in healthy weight loss. Strength training helps preserve and enhance your muscle mass and bone mass regardless of age.
Helenswood now have a ladies that lift session every Thursday evening 7.30-8.00pm. The gym instructors will tutor a free weights session to help you perform to optimize results. Exercises will change on a weekly basis to cover all aspects of safe and efficient lifting.
