gym sessions for 11-16 years
Junior gym are gym sessions aimed at children from 11-16 years. A cardio and body weight class under the supervision of a qualified gym instructor designed to encourage our youngsters away from a screen and learn about the importance of exercise and keeping fit.
There is on hand advice from the instructors on safe working out with technique and progression guidance. The sessions will support our young people in using exercise to help their physical and mental well-being.
Sessions will be bookable and available at the following times.
Monday 5.00-6.00pm & Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm
Classes are all FREE on the Premier 11-16 and family memberships.
